After working on an autonomous water quality measuring drone in Vietnam as part of a research project, he fell in love with the country and decided to resume his career here.

Our onboarding process can be described in 6 simple steps:
Recruitment
After carefully listening to the type of talent you need, we use our valued connections with universities and the industry to seek out Vietnamese professionals that fit your description.
As a partner, you will also get access to our career bank where you can post as many job listings as you need.
Our Interview
We will thoroughly get to know the candidate before you do. Aside from technical skills, the candidate’s social skills and autonomy will be assessed. A detailed report of the candidate wil be sent for you to evaluate.
Your Interview
If the candidate seems like a match, our representative, your HR department, and the candidate will have an online meeting together. During this meeting, you are free to interview the candidate as you see fit
The Contract
We will provide you and the employee with a proposal for a contract. In general, we take care of the salary, benefits, insurance and a health care plan the employee expects. You only have to worry your monthly invoice.
Trial Period
A trial period can be set up for a set amount of time. During this time, the three parties can choose to terminate the contract without a notice in advance.
Work!
The employee will be provided with a desk and necessary equipment at our office. Worked hours can be checked online at any time via our internal attendance software. An agreement is made between all parties whenever reflection and project meetings should take place.
